Precision feed systems are designed to provide an economical means of employing servo feed technology to smaller presses without sacrificing build quality, accuracy, durability or power.

The Precision Series feeds are known for holding very accurate tolerances. The reason for this is their unique direct drive setup. This direct-coupled arrangement places the motor's encoder in-line with the roller, providing precise feed length accuracy.

Another significant difference between the Precision Series and other models is power. Compared to similar competitive models, some Precision Series feeds may have 400% to 800% more torque!!

The mechanical design of the Precision Series also sets it apart. Consider all that is standard on every model: solid, matte finished rolls, air cylinder roll pressure and pilot release, planetary inline reducer, cluster gear power transfer and pivoting upper roll assembly for ideal gear mesh.
