Double Arm Reels

DAPR-46M-30, 6,000 lb. capacity, 60” O.D. powered double reel

Double arm reels are ideal for continuous line operation, such as feeding material into a roll former. The material can be loaded and readied on one side of the reel while the opposite side is paying out stock. By depressing a shot pin in the base, the new coil of material can be rotated 180^o into position for threading. Optional hydraulic threading (for non-powered reels), hydraulic expansion, and hydraulic rotation are available.
