Model RF 6 |
The Power-Core series starts with power in its construction. Flange
cartridge roller (RF 8) or dual-row ball bearings (RF 6) support the feed
rolls across the entire rated width of the feeder.
The rolls come standard with matte finish for maximum
gripping power. What's more, the side plates are a full 1.75" to 2" thick
with tie-bar reinforcement. All of this equates to a feed and housing that's
powerful, rigid, and extraordinarily durable!
That's just the start. When it comes to drive power,
the Power-Core series really shines. We can build your Power-Core feed with
a 15hp, 30hp, 40hp, even 75 hp servo motor! Yet, with the sophisticated
controls used, precision is not lost.

Model RF 8 x 60
(rated for 60”x.250”) shown with optional seven roll pull through
straightener with our unique Airlift pilot release release feature
which allows the straightener’s upper rolls to pilot with the
feeder’s upper roll. The upper roll feed was specially designed with
removable collars for running material coated with dry lubricant. |
Massive tie-bar reinforcement makes feed housing rigid for high
torque feeding.
